MONTHLY GENERAL MEETINGS
On the first Wednesday of the month we meet as a community. The Monroe Equity Council hosts a broad range of speakers who are committed to sharing their experience and knowledge so that we may learn and grow together.

Watch our social media pages for book clubs! In the first quarter of 2022 we are reading and discussing "So you want to talk about race" by Ijeoma Oluo. Moderated by Junelle Lewis.
On the first Sunday of every month the Monroe Equity Council and Galaxy 12 Theatre Monroe host a free movie night! Past movies include On the Basis of Sex (Ruth Bader Ginsburg), Moana and Inside Out.
